Gran Orden de Caballeros del Vino Investiture The annual investiture dinner of the Gran Orden de Caballeros del Vino took place on Tuesday 25th January 2005. New members welcomed into the order this year were Charlotte Hey, publisher of the Drinks Business and Luis Caballero, chairman of the Jerez-based Caballero Group, which owns the Lustau sherry house. Invitations to become a member of the Gran Orden de Caballeros are offered to those who have distinguished themselves in promoting quality Spanish wines in the UK. Other elected members include John Radford, author and reknowned Spanish wine specialist and Jeremy Watson, wine expert, author and previous Director of Wines From Spain (ICEX) in Britain. |
