Beans and Chorizo
Serves 6-8 people as tapas, or 4 people as part of main meal

400g canned white beans e.g. cannelloni, drained
2 fresh chorizo sausages, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 crushed garlic clove
teaspoon paprika
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley


Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chorizo until browned. Remove the sausage and add the beans, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to the pan. Heat the beans until they are hot, if necessary adding a little water to prevent them from sticking to the pan. Add the parsley, stir and pour the beans into a serving dish. Add the chorizo on top of the beans and serve.
