Virasa Vinicola
The finca Virasa Vinícola, whose cellars are located within the town limits of Requena in the DO Utiel-Requena, has around 300 hectares of land at approximately 800m above sea level, 105 hectares of which are vineyards.

Until recently, the Utiel-Requena region mainly produced wine in bulk for blending and supermarket/retail businesses, but the emphasis is now turning to the production of quality wine bottled within the DO.

The Virasa Vinícola winery is a relatively new bodega, having first started in 1995, with its first wine bottled under the brand name Cerro Bercial in 1998. Cerro Bercial is one of the top wines from this DO and one of the only estate cellars. The local grape varietal, Bobal, is blended with Tempranillo to produce unusual wine, and recently the bodega planted 10 hectares of other varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.

Virasa Vinícola do not currently have a website.
